SOFTWARE Q is a program for the acquisition, evaluation and management of discharge measurement under the PC operating systems WINDOWS 3.11, WINDOWS 95/98 and WINDOWS NT. The algorithms follow the German Guidelines for Water Level and Discharge Measurement. The flow (Q) is established according to the normal hydrometric practice of integrating the velocity distribution V over the water depth H and subsequently over the width B of the measurement cross-section.

The DEMAS (Data Evaluation Management Alarm Software) is available for online and offline data transfer. It is supported by WINDOWS operating system
