The Gill MaxiMet GMX500 is a compact, all-in-one weather station that measures wind speed and direction, temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure using solid-state sensors. It features an ultrasonic anemometer, optional GPS and compass, multiple communication protocols (like RS485, Modbus, NMEA), and is built for reliable, low-maintenance operation in harsh outdoor environments. With an IP66-rated housing and optional heating, it's ideal for agriculture, environmental monitoring, smart cities, and remote installations.
