The MetConnect THP by Gill Instruments is a rugged, multi‑parameter base weather station that integrates sensors for temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure, while also offering inputs for external sensors (such as a remote wind sensor, rain gauge, PT100 temperature probe, and two analogue inputs) It supports a range of communication protocols including RS‑232, RS‑422, RS‑485, SDI‑12, and Modbus, outputting synchronized data via a single string. Designed for harsh environments, it has IP66/67 protection, stainless steel housing, UV‑stable parts, and operates over a wide temperature range (‑35 °C to +70 °C) while maintaining low power consumption.
